EPA Emissions Standards Updated in 2015

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency  has broadcast new developments in their Emission Standards for Petroleum Refineries.   The  final rule will notably improve air quality in neighborhoods near petroleum refineries by further controlling toxic air emissions and calling for uninterrupted fenceline monitoring of the toxic air pollutant benzene.
